Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Definitions

   • "We", "our", "us" refer to Sweet Art Cotton Candy.

   • "Client", "customer", "you", "your" refer to the person or organization using our services.

   • "Event" refers to the occasion for which catering services are required.

2. Booking and Payment

   • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

   • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the booking.

   • Full payment is due on the event date. Additional charges for extra services or changes requested after booking may apply.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

   • In the event of cancellation by the client:

     • 14 days or more before the event: 100% refund.

     • Less than 14 days before the event: No refund.

   • In the event of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.

4. Menu Selection

   • Any dietary restrictions or special requests must be communicated in writing at the time of menu confirmation.

5. Changes and Adjustments

   • We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable changes to the event details, including guest count and menu choices, up to 14 days before the event.

   • Changes requested after this deadline may incur additional charges.

6. Service Staff

   • Our team will arrive at the event venue 2 hours before service time to set up.

   • The duration of service staff presence will be 2-5 hours, unless otherwise specified.

7. Liability

   • We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

   • We are not responsible for any items or equipment brought onto the premises by the client or guests.

8. Food Safety

   • We adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

   • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Sweet Art Cotton Candy and protected by copyright laws.
